Super premium unboxing experience, and the pin is beautiful! I’m so happy I could finally get something from this brand, and something Dottore inspired as well 🫶
I had to email the company because the initial tracking number they gave me was incorrect. It showed it delivered to a state that wasn’t mine weeks before I even purchased this item.
As a result, I was unable to track my item through the shop app which was the reason I purchased through this method. It’s the easiest way for me to track international orders and because of this I had to painstakingly manually input the new track number everytime I wanted to see where my item was. I emailed again to complain about this and got an unrelated comment that did nothing to address my concerns. This comment was “Thank you so much for catching that. You're so awesome!”. To this day I’m not really sure why they complimented me for my complaint.
When the item showed, the box is was wrapped in was defective. It’s meant to be a black case but it’s chipped so badly I can see white marks which sharply contrasts and ruins the presentation.
