We will replace or refund defects and wrong items received with like items originally ordered. Contact us for a RMA# and label to return the item in question. Replacement or refund request must be initiated within 10 days after you receive your order.

Used items can not be returned for a refund or replacement.

No return/refund on custom orders. 

As for change of heart returns, we currently do not offer a refund in situations as this.
